DELIVERY

UK DELIVERY GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY £15

Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you order before 1pm on Friday you will receive your order the following Monday.

STANDARD DELIVERY 

Orders under £100: £5

Orders £100-£500: £8

Orders over £500: £12

3-5 working days.

All UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer a standard shipping service for international delivery.  Customers are not charged UK VAT on international orders but they are solely responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

EU £20 

REST OF THE WORLD £30

For orders outside the UK, the service is tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

All delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us, in its original condition and with all tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Sale items bought in store are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.

Mojo & McCoy reserve the right to refuse a return for items returned damaged, worn or without their original labels.

Please notify us if you wish to return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.  Email info@mojoandmccoy.com and include a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Postage is at your own expense.  We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost or stolen on their way back to us and we therefore recommend that you send the items back via registered post and retain proof of postage. 

Mojo & McCoy will only refund the cost of delivery and the cost of returning goods if your order is incorrect or faulty.
